Move Log Records (Customer Feedback)
When we complete a move, we keep an internal record of the job. If we hand the phone to you at the end of the move and you choose to answer the two short feedback questions, we may also store: your first name, your written answer about your first impression of us, your written answer about anything you would like to share about the day, and the two consent flags showing whether you have agreed to us using your first name or photos in publicly visible case studies or social posts.
These move log records are stored only on our internal job log. They are never shared with third parties. We will only use your first name, words, or photos publicly (for example in a case study on this site or a social media post) if you ticked the matching consent box on the move log form at the time. You can withdraw consent, request access to, or request deletion of any of this information at any time by contacting us using the details at the bottom of this page.
