We operate seven days a week, typically between 9am and 8pm. WhatsApp messages sent outside those hours will be picked up first thing the next day.

Ideally yes, especially for Friday moves (the UK's busiest completion day) and the peak summer months from May to August. We can often accommodate last-minute requests at quieter times. Get in touch and we'll tell you honestly what's free.

Yes. Shaun comes round in person for moves in and around Huddersfield, including Brighouse, Penistone, and the Huddersfield-side of Halifax. He will also travel as far as Rochdale or thereabouts for the right job. Anything further than that we quote from a pre-recorded WhatsApp video walkthrough of each room plus a short list of anything oversized (pianos, safes, workshop tools). The video should be pre-recorded, not live, so we can rewind and double-check items. Either way the quote is free and no-obligation.

Because Shaun wants to be able to rewind it. On a live call he might be on a job already, or you might miss a room, or your dog walks in front of the camera. A pre-recorded walkthrough gives him a proper look at every item and the access points at both ends, so the quote that comes back is accurate. Pictures are the second-best option if video is awkward. A written list on its own is not enough, because 'a sofa' could be a two-seater or a four-seater and that changes the van size and the quote.

No. Every crew member is someone Shaun has known personally since 2008 or earlier. The same lads turn up every time. Imme also speaks Punjabi and Damir speaks Croatian if that's helpful.
